Mac Quick Start Guide

Choose your Mac, extract the ready-made server, and get TikTok LIVE gifts working in Minecraft. Both packages include the matching Temurin Java 25 runtime, Paper 26.3 build 205, TT Interactive, ServerTap, and the TikFinity profile.

You do not need to install Java, Paper, TT Interactive, or ServerTap separately.

  1. 1 Extract the ZIP in Finder

    Open the downloaded ZIP and move the extracted server folder somewhere you can keep it, such as Documents. Do not run the server from inside the ZIP.

  2. 2 Open the server once

    In Finder, Control-click Start Server.command, choose Open, then confirm Open if macOS asks. Wait for Paper to report Done.

  3. 3 Join from Minecraft Java

    Open Multiplayer, add the server address 127.0.0.1, and join while the server window stays open.

  4. 4 Connect the TikFinity Web App

    Open the TikFinity Web App, import the profile from the bundled TikFinity Profile folder, and set the Minecraft connection to 127.0.0.1:4567. Keep the Web App open while you stream.

  5. 5 Add the local overlay

    Add http://localhost:8686/overlay as a browser source in your streaming app.

Updating TT Interactive later: Control-click Update TT Interactive.command, choose Open, and follow the prompts.
