1) Who you are buying from

Your contract is with Harry Blanchflower trading as TT Interactive, the operator of wgmojo.gg, based in England. You can contact TT Interactive at teamwgmojo@gmail.com.

2) What you’re buying

When you purchase a digital product (including widgets, Minecraft plugins, and other downloadable products), you’re making a one-time digital purchase. Delivery is provided via download and/or email.

For UK consumers, any cancellation position for immediate digital delivery is explained in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes cancellation rights where the required consent and acknowledgement for immediate digital supply has not been obtained.

3) Licence (personal / creator use)

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in your own streams and creator setup. This license is for your personal/creator use only.

4) No redistribution or resale

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publish the product files (or modified versions) to others, including posting them publicly or bundling them into other products.

5) Compatibility and “fit”

Some products (especially widgets and plugins) depend on third-party tools (for example TikFinity) and your stream setup. While we aim for clear setup instructions and broad compatibility, we can’t guarantee a perfect fit for every PC, plugin, version, or scene configuration.

These practical limits do not remove your statutory rights. In particular, where you tell us the purpose you need the product for before purchase and rely on our judgement, the product must be fit for that disclosed purpose where the law requires it.

7) Changes

We may update these terms to reflect product or legal changes. Updates will be posted on this page.

8) Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including any UK consumer rights that apply to faulty, misdescribed, not fit for purpose, or unavailable digital content.

9) Governing law and courts

These terms and any dispute or claim relating to them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction, and you may use the courts of your home jurisdiction where applicable law allows.

10) TikTok API integration (internal use only)

In addition to widget sales, we use TikTok APIs for a separate internal workflow used only by the account owner (Harry / TT Interactive). This is not a public posting service for other users.

For this integration, we request TikTok Login Kit scope user.info.basic and TikTok Content Posting API scope video.upload. Access is used only to authenticate the account owner and upload videos to that same TikTok account. We do not sell, license, or share this integration data with third parties other than using TikTok’s own API to complete the requested authentication or upload.
