Refund Policy

Digital content and cancellation

Games are supplied immediately as hosted pages and browser source links. This means a change-of-mind refund is not normally available after supply has started where you expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that your cancellation right would be lost. This is separate from your rights if the digital content is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described.

For UK consumers, if the required agreement and acknowledgement were not obtained, your cancellation rights may still apply. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

If the digital content is not right

UK digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If it does not meet those standards, the first remedy is normally a repair or replacement, which we will provide within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience where required.

If repair or replacement is impossible, or is not provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction, which can be a full refund where appropriate. If a refund is due, we will make it without undue delay and within 14 days after agreeing that you are entitled to it.

Our additional 30-day supported-setup promise remains the same: where a digital tool is sold with that promise, if a supported setup cannot be made to work as described after you follow the published compatibility, diagnostics, and reasonable support steps, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. This applies to direct and marketplace purchases and does not reduce statutory rights. A marketplace may process the remedy through its own order system.

Exceptions

In rare cases we may issue an exception at our discretion (for example, duplicate charges or an unrecoverable delivery problem). Any exception is evaluated case-by-case.
