Digital products have specific policy terms. Read the refund, privacy, cookie, and terms pages before checkout if you are unsure.

Before you contact support

The more exact the first message is, the faster the fix usually is.

  • Use the same email you used at checkout, or mention that you used a different email.
  • Name the product: widget, widget pack, Minecraft mode pack, all-access bundle, or queue tool.
  • For TikFinity issues, include whether the desktop app is connected to your LIVE and whether localhost WebSocket events are visible.
  • For OBS or LIVE Studio issues, include a screenshot of the source settings, canvas, and any browser-source URL being used.
  • For Minecraft, include your plugin version, Paper version, mode name, and the exact command or error message.
  • For a free widget idea, include the creator goal, viewer triggers, visual style, and what should happen on screen.

Support FAQ

Fast answers for common support cases.

Where should I ask for help?

Discord is usually fastest. You can also email teamwgmojo@gmail.com with your order email, product name, setup details, and screenshots or clips of the issue.

Do you help with TikFinity connection issues?

Yes. TT Interactive products depend on TikFinity event data, so support can help you check the TikFinity desktop connection, local WebSocket, imported profiles, and common setup issues.

Can you help with OBS or LIVE Studio setup?

Yes. Support can help with browser sources, display capture, overlay sizing, missing files, and local connection issues for OBS, TikTok LIVE Studio, Streamlabs, and Meld Studio workflows.

What if my download or licence key is missing?

Contact support with the email used at checkout and the product you bought. For Minecraft, include any licence key error shown in-game.

Can I build my own TikTok LIVE widget?

Yes. Follow the free beginner guide for starter files and the full prompt, or send Harry a free widget idea for the public library.
